Where there is defined company requirements we would work closely with the clients to achieve these.

Recruitment of clinical staff
We have a 6 step process describing how we conduct recruitment in order to guarantee to our cients the best response to their requirements and to guarantee to our employees the best integration into the role
- Determination of the pre-requisites of the position
- Initial selection of CVs – establishment of a shortlist
- Behavioural and human resources interview
- Technical interview – Clinical interview
- Final selection
- Background checks – We utilise a live PVG checking mechanism
